• The COVER GLASS is the assembly process of the SIDE GLASS and FACE GLASS.
• The SIDE GLASS is the glass that is in between the VFD board and FACE GLASS. The SIDE GLASS also needs to be set at a quality level of 1/100 in order to maintain a sttste of vacuum.
• The front glass in the VFD is called the FACE GLASS, and after it passes through the FRIT, printing line, it is combined with SIDE GLASS, which in turn becomes COVER GLASS.
  

VFD(Vacuum Fluorescent Display)

• VFD, a fluorescent display tube, accelerates the electrons that are emitted from the cathodes in the vacuum container, and collides the applied letter forms onto the fluorescent side. Then, it emits and displays numerical and letter eh symbols. They are generally used in electric powered HANDY type calculators and automobile dashboards, and as a substitution for discharge type display vacuum, they are rapidly developing..
